Piperacillin and tazobactam injections an antibiotics used to treat pneumonia, and skin, gynaecological, and abdominal infections by bacteria. Your doctor will determine how long you need to use piperacillin and tazobactam injections. Once your condition improves, they may transition you to an oral antibiotic to complete the treatment.
