Montelukast is a leukotriene opponent, which stops a chemical messenger (leukotriene) and decreases inflammation and bulge in the nose. Levocetirizine works by stopping the effects of a chemical messenger called ‘histamine. This chemical messenger is unaffectedly entangled in allergic reactions.
