Duloxetine Hydrochloride Tablets contain duloxetine. It works by increasing levels of the mood-enhancing chemicals serotonin and noradrenaline in the brain. Duloxetine Hydrochloride Tablets balance negative emotions, improve mood and sleep, and make a person live a better life. In this way, it relieves depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia and many others.

How do Duloxetine Hydrochloride Tablets Work?

DUZIN-30 is manufactured using Duloxetine Hydrochloride Tablets. This composition is useful in the treatment of a major depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, nerve pain arising from diabetes, or other medical conditions such as arthritis, back pain, etc. It can also be used to treat stress in urinary incontinence in women.

Duloxetine belongs to the class of anti-depressants, SNRIs, and Fibromyalgia drugs. SNRI refers to serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor.

• Serotonin is an important hormone that regulates mood and other feelings in the body.
• It builds communication between nerve cells and brain cells. Thus it is an essential hormone in the body.

Precautions

• Duloxetine Hydrochloride Tablets should not be used 5 days before or 14 days after taking an MAOI (eg, selegiline, rasagiline, or linezolid) because it can cause serious drug interactions.
• Do not stop taking Duloxetine Hydrochloride Tablets without talking to your doctor, as this can cause serious withdrawal symptoms. 
• Tell your doctor about heart problems, high blood pressure, liver or kidney disease, slow digestion, and seizures during your consultation. 
• Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding along with your doctor. 
• Avoid performing any dangerous activity or operating heavy machinery because it makes the body drowsy, so just rest for some time.
